Introduction

Cybria Enterprises LLC ("Cybria") owns and uses the trade names and unregistered trademarks described below in connection with its business operations. This page describes those marks and the terms of permitted use.

Cybria Enterprises LLC owns and operates under the following names:

• Cybria Press™ — the publishing imprint, registered as a trade name with:
• Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, Department ID T00589666 (active through January 20, 2031)
• Wyoming Secretary of State, Filing ID 2026-001958102 (approved April 22, 2026)

2. Trademark Status

"Cybria Press" is a common-law trademark of Cybria Enterprises LLC, designated with the ™ symbol, and is also registered as a trade name (DBA) in Maryland and Wyoming as described above. Common-law trademark rights arise from continuous commercial use and are recognized under federal and state law independently of formal trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

If and when "Cybria Press" is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the ® symbol will be used in place of ™.

Other names used in connection with our business operations — including names of specific business divisions, products, services, or websites — may be subject to common-law rights based on actual use in commerce, but are not currently registered as trade names or trademarks. We claim no exclusive trademark rights in such names beyond the protection afforded by common-law use.

3. Use in Commerce

"Cybria Press" has been used continuously in commerce as the publishing imprint of Cybria Enterprises LLC since November 2025, including:

• Publication of The Private BBS (ASIN B0GM1Z9YD6) on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing on February 6, 2026
• Operation of the press.cybria.net website
• Use in business correspondence, marketing materials, and contracts

4. Permitted Uses

You may refer to Cybria Enterprises LLC and Cybria Press in:

• Truthful editorial, journalistic, or commentary contexts
• Reference to specific products or services we offer
• Hyperlinks to our websites for non-commercial reference
• Other uses that constitute "fair use" under applicable trademark law

When referring to "Cybria Press" specifically, please use the ™ designation and acknowledge that the mark is owned by Cybria Enterprises LLC.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of "Cybria Press" or any confusingly similar mark are prohibited without express written permission from Cybria Enterprises LLC:

• Use in connection with publishing, books, or related goods or services that compete with or could be mistaken for products of Cybria Press
• Use in a manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Cybria Enterprises LLC when none exists
• Use in domain names, social media handles, business names, product names, or branding without authorization
• Modification, distortion, or alteration of any Cybria Press logo or visual identity
• Use in connection with disparaging, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities

6. Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of "Cybria Press" or related marks — including counterfeit goods, fraudulent websites, or imposter accounts — please report it to [email protected]. Include URLs, screenshots, dates, and any other relevant detail.

7. Copyright

All content on cybria.net — including text, graphics, layouts, design, code, and underlying structure — is the copyrighted property of Cybria Enterprises LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties under United States and international copyright law.

8. DMCA Notices

If you believe content on a Cybria website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice complying with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to [email protected]. Notices must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized

9. Reservation of Rights
